I had the privilege of teaching UX at UC Berkeley Extension and leading a UX bootcamp for Careerists. It was an incredible experience to be able to share my knowledge and help others pursue their passions.
As a tutor, I helped students improve their skills in design thinking processes, user research methods, human-centred design principles, visual design, and workshop facilitation.
Understand project goals, identify user pain points, target the right audience, and establish a clear project roadmap.
Consolidate and prioritize the identified pain points, then create solutions that directly contribute to achieving the project goals established in the define phase.
Once the design solutions are tested and finalized, build and launch the product. After the launch, monitor the product to ensure stability and performance meet expectations.
