Hammad is one of the most talented Design Thinking practitioners I've ever worked with. 
Hammad consistently comes to the table with creative and insightful ideas for solving design problems, often with significant evidence to support his position from both UX and industry sources. I've never met someone who so deftly uses the Laws of UX to support his design proposals to reduce the possibility of bias or subjectivity in design solutions.
Hammad has also led numerous Design Thinking workshops and design sessions that have transformed the way we work at CNB. His close involvement in redesigns of our business banking products have helped elevate our internal processes and our ultimate client-facing deliverables.
Bonus: he's got a great sense of humor. Hammad always knows how to help us all crack a smile when the work is tough.

Hammad is hands down one of the best UX designers I've ever worked with. He has a demeanor that exudes confidence in his employees while he keeps tense situations calm.  He's built out enterprise-level products and guided an alliance of teams to make those products accessible and on-brand.  He has worked with cross-discipline teams and communicating between UX, development, and business stakeholders allows him to bring value to the overall organization structure. Hammad’s ability to create clear goals and actionable paths for the juniors as well as his peers let the UX team at City National Bank focus on our end-users' pain points for their day-to-day performance based work as well as know what to improve upon for their overall career.

I worked with Hammad during the implementation and development of our new web platform. He was collaborative and helped us on the mobile/responsive designs, amid other related initiatives.
